Using your credits
Voice, text, and other AI features share credits. Usage varies with the task and conversation length. Your plan page shows remaining, used, and pending credits. No fixed minutes or message count is promised.
Processing temporarily holds credits, with unused credits released after settlement. Interrupted requests may still use credits if processing has occurred. The same usage is not counted twice.
Credit updates
Paid credits renew with your subscription month. Unused credits do not roll over. Canceling renewal keeps access until the period ends; upgrades carry over confirmed and pending usage.
Grace periods do not grant extra credits. The trial is granted once; reinstalling or recreating an account does not reset it. Unused trial credits remain available after a subscription expires.
When credits run low
AI pauses when the remaining credits cannot cover a new request. Saved content stays available. No extra credits are purchased or additional fees charged automatically.
Manage your plan
Open My → Plan to see usage, restore purchases, or manage subscriptions. Credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Apple handles refunds; contact support@saymori.app about usage.
